Shaun moved to Chicago in 2017 and immediately fell in love with the city. He believes Chicago has something to offer everyone. Having experienced this firsthand it is now his goal to show each client what this city truly has to offer them.
The Florida native attended Florida State University for undergraduate school and moved to Chicago to obtain his graduate degree from DePaul University. Shaun also has extensive property contracting knowledge relating to mold, fire, and water damage. He currently owns and operates his own disaster relief contracting company in South Florida.
Residing in Chicago’s South Loop, Shaun takes the time to understand the needs of every client. Shaun offers an intricate knowledge of the local condominium and apartment markets. Shaun’s knowledge allows him to assist every client whether they be a student searching for affordable housing or a professional navigating Chicago’s luxury market.
