Licensed as a real estate broker in both Illinois and Florida, Ted enjoys serving clients in both markets. Locally, Ted works closely with buyers and sellers in Chicago’s Loop, Near North Side, Godl Coast, New East Side and South Loop neighborhoods. In Florida, many of Ted’s transactions are along state’s East Coast including Miami, Aventura and Naples, as well as its West Coast.
Ted’s myriad industry and brokerage awards range from recognition for both dollars and units sold, to the most listings and transactions. With his wife Janet Seehausen, who is also a real estate broker with Urban Real Estate, the two have bought and sold investment properties of their own in multiple markets. This personal experience lends an added perspective to Ted’s business savvy, as the value he brings to his clients comes from having frequently bought, sold and leased his own property, as well.
