The project, from JDL Development, now calls for 381 apartments, 289 parking spaces and almost 40,000 square feet of retail space along Montrose at the intersection with Clarendon.     Chicago Foreclosures Continue Decline

    The foreclosure rate in Chicago continues to decline, according to the latest report from CoreLogic. Illinois and Chicago inventories dropped .6 percent and .8 percent year-over-year respectively from the previous year. That roughly follows the national decline of 16.6 percent.
