Have you ever dreamed of running your own Bed and Breakfast? Be your own boss? Work at home? That was our plan when we purchased the Dunham Hunt House in 2014. Since then we have renovated the property from top to bottom with the plan to have guests upstairs. To test the waters, we began as an AirBnB, and with very little effort on our part made an easy $20,000.00 last year. When I say minimum effort- I mean it (no cooking, online payments, wonderful reviews. Check us out on AirBnb under Hunt House Rooms, St. Charles!). In addition to preparing the house for guests upstairs and adding a master suite downstairs, we also built the most awesome garage- so awesome people referred to it as "the garage-mahal"!, and includes a wonderful upstairs loft with full bathroom! At this time, due to a change in health status, we have decided to sell our beloved home and are looking for the next aspiring Inn Keepers to carry on what we have started.
