A little about me...I'm 65 years old, I have 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom and one 1/2 bathroom. Some say I look my age but I've had some work done throughout the years, although I suppose I'm now ready for a complete facelift. Inside I'm a little rough around the edges. My kitchen isn't too old so you may be happy with that. I do have stainless steel appliances and granite counters :). My living and dining rooms are quite spacious but my favorite room is the sun room with a lot of windows and direct access to the yard. I happen to have one of the larger yards in the neighborhood and I don't have any neighbors behind me. Outside I'm mostly brick and I have a wonderful carport to keep my owner's car dry. My driveway could use some work, but for now, it serves its purpose. One of my best features is a traffic reporter's dream. I overlook the Edens Expressway, about midway between Old Orchard Rd and Lake Ave. If there is traffic, my owner can look out before leaving and determine another route to take, if need be. I'm proud to boast that I'm in the New Trier High School District and my younger occupants can attend Romona Elementary School, Highcrest Middle School and Wilmette Jr High. I'm looking for the right person who will dedicate some time to fix me up a little. I'm not too bad but, hey, can't we all use a little improvement?
