In the rear patio area which isn't depicted, the asphalt driveway will be extended all the way to the garage doors and deck extending from the rear of the house to the front lawn. The garage is a true 2 car garage. A car charging port is also an option feature than can be installed for a slight increase in price, along with buried power lines. Please note the driveway is a shared driveway, and that Graceland Ave is a main street, so you must be ok with that. Excellent public and private options for education is available, with both Maine West (public), Notre Dame College Prep (private), and Willows Academy (private) all being highly ranked school systems. There are two beautiful lakes nearby, with Lake Park being a local favorite for picnics and Belleau Lake for fishing. Although Des Plaines is a suburb, this location is incredibly convenient.
