We also love the large family room - great for relaxing or entertaining - and the finished side of the basement, where our children often played with friends. There's plenty of room in the backyard for gardens, a pool, trampoline, fire pit, or swingset. Being so close to Blackwell school made it very convenient for our kids to walk there, and the bus stop just half a block away was great when they attended junior high and high school.
