The area of the South Loop in downtown Chicago where 1401 s. State is located is called Museum Campus. It does not live down to the name. You will be close to major attractions that attract the whole world to the glamorous Chicago. Walk to the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, Art Institute, Shedd Aquarium or Soldier Field. That is only naming a few. Grant Park is down the street and the magnificent Michigan Avenue is only a block west. Live around the corner of where former Mayor Richard M. Daley hung his coat up in his house. Many use the South Loop for its convenient location to Columbia College as well as the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and the John Marshall school of Law.
