Urban Real Estate's managing broker/Chicago Association of REALTORS® president, Matt Farrell, lent his two cents to ABC7 Eyewitness News on shopping around for the best mortgage loans in the Chicagoland area.
A key topic to the discussion was for consumers to do their homework beforehand; knowing their credit scores and seeking the advice of a REALTOR® is an important starting point. "Find out who they have done loans with. Who are clients who have been happy for the last five years. Someone who is reputable and been in the industry for a while," Matt said.
