Development Heads To The Neighborhoods

Development Heads To The Neighborhoods The real estate development boom isn't limited to hot downtown markets, the neighborhoods are definitely getting in on the act.

A new map out from Chicago real estate and development website Curbed shows that Milwaukee Avenue is currently the site of more 1,000 new units of rental apartments and condominiums from Wicker Park through Bucktown and into Logan Square.

The site maps projects that are still in the planning stages, like a proposal for 253 units of rentals near the California Blue Line stop to 222 rentals at 500 N. Milwaukee.

The full report, with a map and project break-downs for the whole corridor is available via Curbed here.
