LG Development has proposed a new apartment building for a West Loop site that would bring more than 200 apartments to the neighborhood.
They're proposing the new rental building (very contemporary) for a site at 111 S. Peoria, across from Mary Bartelme Park.
DNAinfo reports that the development would feature a mix of unit sizes from studios to three-bedroom units and in size from 400 to 1,230 square feet with a total of 205 units. They would also include 144 parking spaces.
The project might not get off the ground though. The West Loop Neighbors Association is so far opposing the plan.
