New Luxury Homes For Vacant Gold Coast Site

New Luxury Homes For Vacant Gold Coast Site Col. Jennifer Pritzker has announced that she is planning to build eight new row houses in the Gold Coast, a departure from her company's usual focus of rehabilitation and re-use of historic buildings.

The row houses will be constructed on a vacant corner lot of Chestnut and Clark Streets and operated as rentals, the company said.  They will be modeled on the row houses restored by Pritzker's company Tawani Inc. at from 116 to 120 W. Chestnut Street, according to the company's statement.

The homes will be 3,000 square feet each and will likely rent for $4/square foot.
