The top-selling neighborhoods in Chicago for December 2014 finished the year strong, having clung to the top spots for the last several months.
Topping the list was the Near North Side, with 184 sales, West Town with 113 sales and Lincoln Park with 109 sales.
Those figures are certainly part of a trend - the neighborhoods in question have a more diverse inventory than some, and year-over-year, Chicago's inventory has been dropping - we're now down 21 percent over 2013.
