Developers have presented a plan to bring a new mixed-use development to 3800 N. Broadway, near the corner of Broadway and Sheridan Rd.
Developer David Gassman is planning to maintain the beautiful terra cotta eagles on the existing building on the corner while building above and behind the facade a tower that would include 93 residential units, street-level stores and 93 underground parking spaces.
The next step for the development, which is estimated to cost more than $10 million, is a meeting to discuss the needed zoning changes for the project which is set for March 9.
