Chicago's top-selling neighborhoods in January 2015 are out and some familiar names top the charts yet again.
The Near North Side crushed the competition with 139 total sales, West Town followed with 74 sales and Lincoln Park was third with 69 sales.
When selected for only single family homes the numbers are different, with Ashburn at 29, Portage park at 27 and Dunning at 25.

Chicago topped the country in 2014 with 385 companies either moving to or expanding in the city, according to Site Selection.
The organization's survey identified Chicago as the top metro for the second year in a row.
"Winning back-to-back speaks to the economic leadership and the work being done here in the city and the region," says Jeff Malehorn, president and CEO of World Business Chicago.

A new report pegs the price of a median one-bedroom rental in Chicago at $1670 a month, making the city the ninth most expensive place for renters in the country.
According to the report, from the website byzumper.com, an agency which says it offers 8,200 apartments in the city and Evanston, the most expensive rents were on the Near North Side, at $2,000 and the top five most expensive rental markets were the Loop at $1,960, the Near West Side at $1,960 and Lincoln Park at $1,750.
Trending up were rents in Lakeview, with a 3.7 percent increase in February, Auburn Gresham, up 4.6 and North Lawndale, up 4.3 percent.
