A developer is set to turn the site of the long-shuttered St. Dominic Church on North Sedgewick into a new condo building.
Developer Conlon & Co. will transform the site into a new six-story building designed by Sullivan Goulette & Wilson.
The design will feature 45 total units and a south-facing second story terrace. There will also be on-site enclosed parking for both bicycles and cars.
