
From developer Belgravia Group and bKl Architecture, the tower, which was first proposed about a year ago, would be built atop a parking garage at 403 N. Wabash Ave. It would rise 17 stories and feature only 45 condo units ranging from 2,200 to 3,300 square feet.
Sales are expected to begin next year with prices beginning at over $1M.
