
Residents of the building love the views, but Donald Trump's presidential campaign has left many of them shaking their heads.
In a recent story, the Chicago Tribune residents sounded off on living in the tower during the presidential campaign.
It's been particularly hard for the wedding venue, as couples avoid having the name on their invitations.
And our very own Managing Partner Matt Farrell offered some insight from his sales at the building, saying that buyers would often hold their noses when they closed.
Such buyers are “savvy enough” to separate “Trump the brand and Trump the man,” he said, adding, “it’s never been my experience that his name was a draw.”
