More sales numbers are in and the best selling suburb in the Chicago area for the month of April was Naperville
The popular western suburb notched a total of 271 sales versus Aurora's 221 and Plainfield's 175.
When adjusted in focus solely on attached homes such as condos and townhouses, Evanston joined the top three in third place with 64 sales, though still trailing Naperville and Aurora.
