The latest numbers are in and while the familiar names dominated the suburban market yet again, one historic suburb saw a big sales spike.
Naperville lead the pack again, with a 10.33 percent increase from April to May, followed by Aurora (22.17 percent) and Plainfield (16 percent).
But Oak Park, known for its urban feel and historic architecture, saw a big jump in sales, 33.7 percent.
