The latest results are in and the Near North Side is again the champ for top selling Chicago neighborhood in the month of June.
Sales in that area rose almost 17 percent, with a total of 348 sales. It was followed by West Town with 223 sales and Lincoln Park with 139 sales.
When adjusted for single family homes only, the top selling neighborhood was Norwood Park, with an increase of more than 33 percent to 56 sales. It was followed by Portage Park with 51 sales, and Garfield Ridge with 42 sales.
