The Chicago Tribune talked to Matt Farrell, nationally-recognized luxury real estate expert, and managing broker and managing partner of Chicago's Urban Real Estate. Making news out of Urban was a 5,734-square foot, $8.6 million full-floor residence, that went under contract by a buyer represented by Urban Real Estate broker Giancarlo Chavez, at the highly-anticipated Vista Tower. The residence is expected to be delivered in 2020. Farrell discusses that while prices may seem high to locals, this building is destined to attract international buyers looking to make their splash in the Windy City.
