"If there was a 10 out of 5 rating, Lynn would get that. We didn’t know Lynn or of her when we visited Chicago for the very first time. Within the 2 days we had, she showed us 3 different localities, helped us narrow down our preferences and worked with us over Zoom to pick a place a month later. She shepherded the negotiation and contract process and advised us on the move in details., even picking up our keys so we could get into the apartment in time for our movers.
