Jennifer was instrumental and went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping me find, secure and move into an apartment in Chicago's Streetervillle neighborhood. I was searching from another location and so I could only see the units virtually. She made it seem like I was really there through remote communication/video and zeroing in on specifics so I felt comfortable with the details of a unit. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. After the lease was signed, she continued her support by resolving some last minute issues and literally helped me at move in with some unexpected tasks. A true end to end service. My experience was good! I originally requested information from the Corcoran Urban Real Estate website in regards to an apartment and Jennifer emailed me right away to share information with me about the unit and even suggested other units in my price range within the areas I was interested in. I would say that I felt very comfortable working with Jennifer Briscoe, she was very friendly and efficient and super helpful!
