We’re proud to share that our Managing Partner Matt Farrell and Partner Tyler Stallings were recently featured in Modern Luxury CS November issue. The article highlights how their leadership and vision at Corcoran Urban Real Estate are redefining the client experience in Chicago real estate.
At Corcoran Urban Real Estate, Farrell and Stallings focus on more than transactions—they build relationships, wealth, and opportunity for their clients. Farrell, the son of two teachers, first learned about investing and sweat equity from his father. Combining that early exposure with a background in technology, he launched urbanrealestate.com, initially aimed at investor clients and now one of Chicago’s top real estate search platforms.
Stallings, a Miami University business graduate, began his career consulting in New York before realizing his true passion lay in real estate. He quickly pivoted, combining business acumen with a love for architecture and people, earning his license in New York City and later bringing his expertise to Chicago.
Both leaders are recognized voices in the industry. Farrell was honored as Managing Broker of the Year by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, and Stallings continues to represent Corcoran nationally through media campaigns, conferences, and panels.
Regarding recent changes in real estate law following the National Association of REALTORS® class action settlement, Farrell and Stallings view the shifts as positive. “Anything that strengthens consumer protection and raises the bar for professionalism ultimately benefits our clients,” they shared. “We welcome a shift that brings greater awareness to the buying and selling process.”
While markets and technology will continue to evolve, Farrell and Stallings remain guided by core principles: integrity, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to client service.
“Real estate will always evolve,” says Farrell. “But our commitment to integrity, expertise, and client service will never change.”
