In recent months, our brokerage has named three partners to its company, Matt Silver, Kelly Smith and Chris Vernald. Silver is an expert in the North Shore and Downtown, Smith, in property renovated and multi-family and Vernald on financing complicated purchases.

A new tower will soon be replacing the iconic Ed Debevic's restaurant in River North. Demolition of the restaurant is underway and a new tower will soon begin to rise in its place.
