    Another new residential development may be coming to Uptown. Developers SNS Realty Group have proposed a townhouse development for an area near Clark and Lawrence, just north of Chase Park. Designed by Axios Architects, it would include 24 residences accessed through an alleyway. The development would also demolish two older buildings at 4740 N. Planned for the intersection of Fulton Market and Ogden, Developer Trammel Crow would construct an 18-story luxury building on a surface parking lot. Based on listing prices, the report placed Winnetka at 56 in the nation with an average sales price of $840,355. Lake Forest was ranked 80th with an average sales price of $756,565. According to a new study from the National Association of REALTORS®, Chicago needs more than 95,000 new houses to be built in order to satisfy demand, making it the fifth worst in the country.
