Residents of Lake View say hello to Mariano's and XSport. The neighborhood is in line for a new grocery and gym after approval by the city last week. The largest Mariano's ever to be built in the city is set for construction on a site at 3030 N. Broadway. The complex will encompass a 125,000 square foot space, with 71,000 for the grocer with another 40,000 for the gym.
